  • All products are manufactured in accordance with the EN 60335-2-80, Low Voltage Equipment [2014/35/EU] and Electromagnetic Compatibility [2014/30/EU] norms.

 


Please connect phase to L point, neutral to N point, ground to G point.

For single flow fans:

  • Connect motor lead ends to the M1 and M2 points.
  • Do not connect any lead to CW and CCW points.


For reversible fans:

  • Connect motor’s common lead end to the M1 and the other lead ends to the CW and CCW according to the fan flow direction.
  • Do not connect any lead ends to M2.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:

– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
